How to prepare and send the edited version of the article and oral presentation file
(especially for authors whose articles have been accepted as oral presentations)
Noteworthy, respected researchers,
In order to prepare and send the edited version of the articles (the final version with the authors' details recorded) as well as the oral presentation file of the articles, please pay attention to the following points: 1- The authors of accepted articles for oral presentation should apply the requested corrections in their article by referring to their personal page in the conference system and checking "Descriptions of the Scientific Secretary" from the "Article Information" section. It is also necessary for all authors to review the layout section of the article on the main page of the conference system and after making formal corrections (compliance with APA standards in in-text and end references, font type, font size, punctuation marks, margin spacing, line spacing) and...) Send the final version of your paper with the authors' registration and their organizational affiliation in docx format to the conference email address at eepck@cfu.ac.ir. It should be mentioned that a new person should not be added as the author of the article in the profile of the authors of the article. The author or authors of the articles are only the people whose profile is registered in the system as the author/authors of the article. 2- Accuracy in correcting and sending the final version of the articles is very important because this version of the articles will be included in the collection of conference articles and will be indexed in the ISC and CIVILICA databases. 3- The format of the oral presentation of the articles has been prepared in the PowerPoint environment, which you can download by clicking on the link below: Download the format of oral presentation of articles in pptx format 4- Do not change the format of the oral presentation under any circumstances. The font and text size are set by default. 5- Enter the title of the article, the authors, the position of the authors, the title and the text of the article in the specified places for the format of oral presentation of articles. 6- After preparing the file, save it in pptx and pdf formats and send it along with the file related to the final version of the article (at once, not separately) to the conference email at eepck@cfu.ac.ir. 7- The name of the files sent to the conference email (the final version of the article in word format and the oral presentation file in both pptx and pdf formats), the article code and the last name of the responsible author. 8- The deadline for sending the final version of the article and the oral presentation file is May 8, 1402 (11 p.m.). Obviously, files sent after this date will not be processed.
